Payment

Eace accepts payment with Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and JCB. Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is dispatched.

All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and is incl. VAT

Reservations are made for:

  • Currency changes
  • Force majeure
  • Delivery failure
  • Fee changes
  • Out of stock items and misprints

Eace uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.


Order confirmation

When you receive the order confirmation, you must check that it is in accordance with your order. If you discover errors or have changes to your order, please contact eace at kundeservice@eace.dk


Delivery

Packages are sent with DAO365 and are normally delivered within 1-3 working days. However, there may be a longer delivery time in connection with special offers, public holidays and the like. In the event that DAO365 cannot deliver to the private address due to special circumstances, it will be delivered to the parcel shop. DAO365 holds the keys to 99% of the country's rise.

Eace ships all orders free of charge.

Eace only delivers within Denmark.


Right of withdrawal

In consumer purchases, where the order of goods is made via telephone or the Internet, the consumer has a 14-day right of withdrawal.

You therefore have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your goods. The right of withdrawal can only be used if the goods are returned in essentially the same condition and quantity.

The right of withdrawal expires if you use the item in a way that significantly reduces the sales value. Chewing gum boxes where a chewing gum has been taken, for example, are not returned. If you regret your purchase, you can either refuse to receive the package or send the item back to:

We ask you to enclose a copy of the invoice for the purchased goods, as documentation that the returned goods(s) were purchased on eacegum.com

If you refuse to receive the package, or fail to pick it up at the post office/parcel shop, you will be charged the shipping cost for Post Danmark/GLS to return the package to us.

Eace recommends that the item be returned via Post Danmark and that the item be sent as parcel post. In this way, it is possible to track the package in Post Danmark's system, and this removes any doubt as to whether the item has been delivered to Eace. In addition, you have the option of being able to call for the package if delivery has not taken place. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed and you bear the risk for the item from the time of the item's delivery.

You must send your order back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. Notification must be given to kundeservice@eace.dk. In your message, you must make us clearly aware that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

We can withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation that you have returned it before then.

In order to use the right of withdrawal, the item must be delivered to Post Danmark or another carrier no later than 14 days after receipt.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, please return the item in its original packaging. Lack of original packaging results in a deterioration of the sales value, which is why, based on an assessment made by Eace, you will be credited a correspondingly smaller amount corresponding to the deterioration.

The following product types are exempt from the right of withdrawal:

  • Delivery of goods which have been manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or have been given a distinct personal touch,
  • Delivery of sealed goods which for health protection or hygiene reasons are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
  • Delivery of goods which, due to their nature, are inextricably mixed with other goods during delivery


Right of complaint

There is a 2-year right to complain in accordance with the Purchase Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing.

The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product.

Eace will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

When returning:

Complaints regarding faults and defects must be notified to Eace within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods.

Please describe the product's fault or deficiency in connection with the complaint and state the order number. The item must be sent back in proper packaging.

We do not receive goods sent by cash on delivery or which is sent without postage. Furthermore, we do not pick up parcels that have been sent "without distribution" with Post Danmark to a GLS parcel shop or similar.

If you have sent in an item for cancellation or complaint, you will always receive an email when we have received the item. In the email, you will receive information about the further process in connection with the processing of your regret/complaint.


Safe return

All products returned to Eace must be securely wrapped. If you have broken the product packaging, please contact customer service at kundeservice@eace.dk.

We recommend that the item be returned via Post Danmark and that the item be sent as parcel post. In this way, it is possible to track the package in Post Danmark's system, and this removes any doubt as to whether the item has been delivered to Eace. In addition, you have the option of being able to call for the package if delivery has not taken place.


Refund

If a refund has been agreed, please send your bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount.


Personal data policy

In order for you to enter into an agreement with us at Eace, we need the following information:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Telephone number
  • E-mail address

We register your personal data with the aim of being able to deliver the goods to you.

Personal information is deleted or anonymized on an ongoing basis as the purpose for which it was collected ends. Personal information is stored for a maximum of 12 months after the last use.

When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that it always happens by giving your express consent, so that you are informed about exactly what information is collected and why.

Information submitted to Eace is not passed on or sold on to third parties in any way, and we do not register any personally sensitive information.

As registered with Eace, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to access what information is registered about you. You have these rights according to the Personal Data Act and inquiries in connection with this should be directed to Eace via e-mail kundeservice@eace.dk

Cookies

Log statistics

We use log statistics at Eace, which means that a statistics system collects information that can give a statistical picture of how many visitors we have, where they come from and where on the website they leave, etc.

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

Conclusion of the agreement

The subscription conditions apply to all types of our subscriptions. Changes in name, address, e-mail or payment information must be immediately notified in writing to Eace at kundeservice@eace.dk, changed via your account on our website or by letter to the address Eace ApS, Sølvgade 101, 5., 1307 København K. You will receive a receipt for your subscription agreement via e-mail.


Change of subscription type

Change in subscription type (every/every 2 months) is free of charge. The change comes into force at the end of the existing period. You change the subscription type via my account, send an e-mail to kundeservice@eace.dk or call us.


Subscription period and termination

The agreement is valid from the day you enter into the subscription agreement, and continues until you cancel the subscription, or in the event of non-payment. The subscription can be canceled whenever you want, with immediate effect, you are not bound to anything at Eace. However, the subscription must be terminated before we have sent the relevant delivery, if you have already received the delivery, you must use the right of withdrawal. Termination must be done via your own account page via our website, personal written request to Eace at kundeservice@eace.dk or by letter to the address Eace ApS, Sølvgade 101, 5. 1307 København K.


When will my subscription payment be deducted?

Payment for your subscription will be deducted when Eace has shipped your order. When the money is withdrawn, you will receive an email with information about the amount and what the order contains. The amount that is deducted will be the amount that matches the subscription solution you have ordered. The money will be withdrawn on the day your order is dispatched, which will first be the first working day after your order, and subsequently on 1. of each month, or the first working day of the month, if d. 1. falls on a weekend.


Payment

Payment for delivery is debited from your payment card on the same day that dispatch takes place. Packages are sent via DAO. Receipt for each purchase via payment card is sent per email. Otherwise, you can always access order history, receipts and subscription information via your account on Eace, see more on your account. If payment is not made by the due date at the latest, a fee of 10% of the amount of the invoice will be charged for each reminder letter. In the event of a late payment, Eace reserves the right to impose interest on arrears in accordance with §5, subsection of the Interest Act. 1. If payment for subscription is not received, Eace can cancel the subscription agreement without notice.


Changing payment information on your subscription

If you get a new payment card or change payment information in other circumstances, it is important that you go to your profile and change your information. If you do not change your information, Eace will not be able to deduct payment for your order, and you will therefore not receive any goods. If you have any doubts, you are very welcome to contact us at kundeservice@eace.dk. Alternatively, you can delete your subscription and create a new one with the correct card data.


Changes to the terms of the subscription?

Changes to this agreement that will benefit the customer, including price and fee reductions, can be made by www.eacegum.com without prior notice. Changes to this agreement to the disadvantage of the customer, including price and fee increases, will be notified with a minimum of 30 days' notice.

They must be 18 years of age to create a subscription at Eace. If you are under 18, Eace must have consent from your parents.

You are deemed to have accepted the changes if you have not notified us otherwise before the date on which the changes take effect. Current prices and subscription conditions are available at www.eacegum.com.


Default

If you breach your subscription agreement or the subscription terms, Eace is entitled to terminate your subscription without notice.


Processing of personal information

In order to manage your subscription, Eace processes a number of information about you, including name, address, telephone number, e-mail, and other matters of importance for your subscription. By taking out a subscription, you consent to us using the information for administration of your subscription and for statistical purposes.


Electronic and telephone inquiries

As a condition of establishing a membership with Eace, you also consent to Eace contacting you by electronic mail and contacting you by telephone. You will receive electronic communications in the form of e-mails to your registered e-mail address and SMS messages to the registered mobile phone number.

Eace will contact you via electronic mail with information about updates, changes, etc. regarding your membership with Eace. You will also be able to be contacted by phone on the registered mobile phone number with service/guidance on how to get the most out of your current membership. You can unsubscribe from these messages at any time by answering “UNSUBSCRIBE” in one of the emails we send you.

Access to complaints

If you want to complain about your purchase, you must contact: kundeservice@eace.dk

If we did not succeed in finding a solution, you can lodge a complaint with relevant boards in the area, if the conditions for this are met. Complaints about ordinary goods must go to the Consumer Complaints Board or create a case at the European consumer portal ODR.
