I myself don't have any fixed routines before a match, but the team always starts with a walk before we go into the changing room.

Our regular routines before a match are battle cries. This takes place both in the changing room before warm-up, during the warm-up and before the match begins. In addition, our warm-up is also a fixed routine before each handball match. We do this to gain spirit and fighting will, so that we are ready for battle.

First I think through the day and try to figure out what might have made it bad, and then I think about how I can make it better. If I can't figure it out myself, I talk to someone about it.
